Is there a minimum spend for longer financing plans?
Longer financing plans are available for purchases of AED 100 or more.
Why are some payment plans unavailable to me?
Your available plans are assessed automatically based on your account status and payment history with Tabby. To ensure fairness and responsible spending, our customer support team isn’t able to override these decisions.
Are there any fees or interest for splitting in up to 12 payments?
For payment plans longer than 4 months, a service fee may apply. Your payment schedule and any applicable fees are always clearly displayed at checkout, and always without compounding interest or hidden fees. Once you complete a purchase, your payment schedule is automatically shown in the app and sent to you by email. We’ll also remind you before each payment is due.
What happens if I miss a payment?
At Tabby, we promote responsible spending by reviewing each purchase before approval and encouraging on-time payments.
To help you stay on track, we:
- Send payment reminders before and after your due date
- Temporarily pause new purchases until overdue payments are settled
If a payment is missed, customers in the UAE may be charged collection fees. Repeated late payments may also be reported to credit bureaus and could negatively affect your credit score, which may impact your ability to access financial products from other institutions.
