Why would I use Tabby Cash instead of my bank account?
Most people use their bank to get paid and pay bills. From there, they spend with a debit card that usually gives very little back. Real rewards are typically reserved for credit cards.
Tabby Cash changes that. Earn up to 3% cashback¹ on the categories you choose, pay anywhere Visa is accepted with your Cash Card, and send or receive money with no fees².
It’s a simpler way to get more value from the money you already use every day.
Am I eligible to use Tabby Cash?
Tabby Cash is available to most people in the UAE.
You can use it if you’re 18 or older, have a valid Emirates ID, and a UAE-registered mobile number that matches your ID.

Does Tabby Cash have any fees or spend limits?
Signing up for a Tabby Cash account is completely free, and you can get started with as little as AED 1.
You can also:
- Add up to AED 25,000 to your account each month
- Spend up to AED 25,000 each month, with a daily spend limit of AED 10,000
- Available balance to AED 25,000 in your account balance
Please note that your monthly top-up limit is based on your account balance at the start of each month.

Tabby Cash is designed for everyday use.
You can spend anywhere Visa is accepted using your Cash Card, in the UAE or abroad, online or in-store, and earn 3% cashback on categories you choose. You can also send and receive money with no fees locally or globally with no fees.
Is Tabby Cash secure, and how is my money protected?
Yes. Keeping your money safe is a top priority at Tabby.
Tabby Cash uses secure access controls and verification steps for payments and transfers. You’re always notified about important activity and can manage your Cash Card directly from the app.
How does Cashback work on the Tabby Cash?
- Choose your 3 favourite shopping categories you want to earn from each month. You’ll also earn cashback on your international purchases.
- Pay with your Tabby Cash Card in-store or online within those categories to earn cashback. Your cashback will be added to your Tabby Cash balance at the end of the month.
- To check your cashback, go to the Money tab and tap Cashback.
Until 1 November, early Tabby Cash customers earn 3% cashback as a limited-time offer. After 1 November, this drops to 1%.
To keep earning 3%, you’ll need to sign up to Tabby Plus. You'll also continue to earn cashback on all international purchases and benefit from split purchase options.
