  • Selected Tabby Card users can enjoy six (6) months of Careem Plus free.
  • This Offer is available exclusively to selected Tabby Card users in the UAE, on an ongoing basis and subject to availability.
  • To activate the Offer, complete the following steps in order:
    • Open the Careem app and go to the benefits page.
    • Link a valid Tabby Card to your Careem account. An AED 1 authorization may be processed to verify the linked card.
    • Enter the code TABBYPLUS on the benefits page.
    • Confirm your Careem Plus sign-up using your Tabby Card.
  • This Offer is only available to users who do not have an active Careem Plus membership at the time of redemption.
  • If you already have an active Careem Plus membership, you can only redeem this Offer once that membership has ended:
    • if your membership is paid, cancel it in the Careem app and wait until your current paid period ends; or
    • if your membership is running under another promotional or free offer, wait until that offer period ends.
  • Cancellation, and any refund of amounts already paid to Careem, are subject to Careem's Terms of Service. Tabby is not responsible for any benefits you lose as a result of cancelling.
  • Your Careem Plus membership is valid for six (6) months from the date you complete Step 4 above. It includes full access to current Careem Plus benefits, subject to availability and updates from Careem.
  • Once redeemed, you must continue to pay for all Careem transactions using your Tabby Card to keep your Careem Plus benefits active. If you pay with a different method, benefits will not apply for that transaction.
  • After the six (6) month free period, Careem Plus renews automatically at AED 29/month (inclusive of VAT). To cancel and avoid this charge, cancel your membership via the Careem app at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date.
  • This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other Careem Plus promotion.
  • Careem and Tabby reserve the right to cancel or suspend this Offer for any user suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
  • Careem and Tabby may amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, or correct or reverse any transaction, at any time and without liability, including where the Offer or its terms were affected by technical, system, or human error, or communicated incorrectly through any channel. You will not be entitled to any benefit arising from such an error.
  • Use of Careem and Careem Plus is subject to Careem's Terms of Service.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • By activating this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your use of the Tabby Card remains subject to the Tabby Card Terms and Conditions at all times.
