Tabby Card gold raffle terms & conditions
  1. Eligibility and Participation: To enter the Tabby Card Gold Raffle, you must opt in to join the raffle and spend a minimum of AED 600 using your Tabby Card to gain one entry to the Raffle. The Raffle will be open from 10:00 am GMT on November 6th, 2025, to 11:59 pm GMT on December 3rd, 2025. Every additional AED 600 spent using your Tabby Card will earn you an additional entry. However, if a purchase contributing to the AED 600 minimum spend is later refunded, whether partially or in full, that transaction will not count toward the minimum spend required to enter the Raffle.
  2. Raffle Winner Selection: The winners of the will be selected and contacted within 10 days of the Raffle end date in a fair and random manner.
  3. Prize Details: The winners will receive one (1) 10g gold bar as the prize, which is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit with Tabby.
  4. Non-Responsibility for Contact: If the winner cannot be contacted by Tabby within 60 days of the winner’s announcement, the prize will be deemed forfeited by the winner.  Tabby will not be held responsible for any changes in the winner’s contact details, such as the address, email, or phone number.
  5. Prize hand over: The prize can be collected at the following location from Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Mashreq Bank Global HQ Community, Burj Khalifa, Umniyati Street, off Al Asayel Street, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Alternatively, the winner may choose to provide Tabby with their preferred delivery details for the purpose of having the prize delivered to them directly.
  6. Personal Information: Tabby may request certain personal information from the winner (such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number and Emirates ID) for the purposes of prize fulfillment. All personal information will be handled by Tabby in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
  7. Unforeseen Events: Tabby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate these Terms and Conditions or the raffle at any time, to the extent permitted by law.In case of unforeseen events (like natural disasters, war, pandemics, or airline disruptions), Tabby may change, delay, or cancel the raffle or prize without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
