Emirates flight voucher raffle terms and conditions
  • We are giving Tabby Card holders the opportunity to win an Emirates flight voucher worth AED 5,000 (the "Voucher") by entering the Emirates Flight Voucher Raffle (the "Raffle").
  • This Raffle is only available in the UAE and only to Tabby Card holders.
  • The Raffle runs from 1:00 PM (GMT+4) on 20 May 2026 to 11:59 pm (GMT+4) on 21 June 2026 (the "Raffle Period").
  • To enter, tap "Join Raffle" in the Tabby App during the Raffle Period, then spend using your Tabby Card as follows:
    • Spend a minimum of AED 500 using your Tabby Card to earn one (1) entry into the Raffle.
    • Every additional AED 500 spent using your Tabby Card during the Raffle Period will earn you one (1) extra entry.
    • Refunded transactions (in whole or in part) will not count toward the minimum spend or any additional entries.
  • Winners are drawn at random. Tabby will contact each winner within ten (10) days after the Raffle Period ends. The date Tabby contacts the winner is the "Announcement Date".
  • From the Announcement Date, the winner has sixty (60) days to submit their name, email, mailing address, and phone number to Tabby. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Voucher is forfeited. Tabby is not responsible if the winner's contact details have changed. All personal information is handled in line with applicable data protection laws.
  • Tabby will send out the Voucher within two (2) business days of receiving the winner's details. The Voucher is then valid for sixty (60) days, starting from the day the winner sends their details. This period will not be extended.
  • The Voucher must be redeemed in person, by presenting the original voucher letter, at one of the following collection points:
    • Dubai: Emirates Airline Store, Emirates Group Technology Centre, near Clock Tower, Deira.
    • Dubai: Emirates World, Jumeirah Town Centre, Jumeirah 1, Town Centre Shopping Mall.
    • Abu Dhabi: Ground Floor, Block C, Al Sawari Tower C, West Corniche Road, Al Khalidiya (near ABELA Supermarket).
    • Al Ain: Shop 16, Emirates Commercial Complex, Sheikh Khalifa Street.
    • Sharjah: Crystal Plaza, Ground Floor, Buhaira Corniche Street.
  • The Voucher is valid only for the winner and only for travel on Emirates Airlines. It is non-transferable, non-encashable, non-endorsable, and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
  • The Voucher must be used in a single booking. The winner may book one or several tickets in that booking, provided they are booked together. The winner is responsible for any cost above the Voucher value. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded or applied to a future booking.
  • Once the booking is made, any changes follow Emirates' fare rules, and the winner pays any related charges.
  • Tabby is not liable for ticket issuance issues, flight delays, cancellations, or any other consequences arising from use of the Voucher.
  • Tabby and Emirates may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Raffle, or revoke any Voucher, at any time,  including in cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or airline disruptions).
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
  • By entering the Raffle, you agree to these terms. Your Tabby Card remains subject to the Tabby Card Terms at all times.
