  • This promotional offer (the "Offer") is available exclusively to Tabby Card holders in the United Arab Emirates on eligible purchases made at Apple Store during the promotional period.
  • The Offer is valid from 24 July 2026 to 2 August 2026 (inclusive) (the "Promotional Period").
  • To avail this Offer, you are required to take the following steps:
    • Make a purchase at Apple Store, online or in-store, using your Tabby Card during the Promotional Period.
    • Log into the Tabby mobile application after your purchase.
    • Select the transaction and choose the split in six (6) instalments option.
  • All purchases made at Apple Store using your Tabby Card during the Promotional Period, whether online or in-store, are eligible for this Offer, save that Apple gift cards are not eligible.
  • You may apply the split in six (6) instalments option at any time after completing your purchase, including after the Promotional Period has ended, provided that:
    • The original purchase was made and charged on or before 2 August 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+4) ; and
    • The Offer is applied before the first instalment becomes due.
  • A pre-order placed at Apple Store using your Tabby Card during the Promotional Period remains eligible for this Offer even if it is charged after the Promotional Period ends, provided that:
    • it is charged no later than 27 September 2026, being eight (8) weeks after the Promotional Period ends (the "Pre-Order Cut-Off Date"); and
    • the Offer is applied before the first instalment becomes due.
  • Pre-orders charged after the Pre-Order Cut-Off Date are not eligible.
  • This Offer is applied manually through the Tabby mobile application and does not apply automatically. You must actively select the transaction and choose the split in six (6) instalments option within the Tabby mobile application.
  • Each eligible purchase (or, in case of pre-orders, each charge) may benefit from this Offer one (1) time. There is no limit on the number of eligible purchases you may make or split using this Offer, provided each is made and charged on or before the applicable date set out above.
  • Your Tabby Card account must remain in good standing, including being up to date with payments and in compliance with Tabby's terms, conditions, and policies, in order to remain eligible for this Offer.
  • This Offer is available only to Tabby Card customers who are eligible for the split in six (6) instalments option at the time of selection.
  • This Offer is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • Apple, not Tabby, is responsible for product availability, pricing, delivery, and after-sales service. This Offer is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
  • Tabby reserves the right to revoke eligibility if any amounts owed remain unpaid due to payment failures, if you breach these terms, if fraudulent activity is identified in connection with the Offer, or if your Tabby Card account is no longer in good standing.
  • Tabby may amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, or correct or reverse any transaction, at any time and without liability, including where the Offer or its terms were affected by technical, system, or human error, or communicated incorrectly through any channel. You will not be entitled to any benefit arising from such an error.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • By activating this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your use of the Tabby Card remains subject to the Tabby Card Terms and Conditions at all times.
