This is an automatic process applied to all customers, and our support team cannot change this. Your account remains active, and your limit may increase if you make timely payments before the next review.
Due to overdue payments
If you miss a payment, your limit may be reduced. You can avoid this by paying on time.
Decreases due to usage policies are automatic and can occur regardless of whether or not you are overdue.
