What should I do if I see a Tabby Card transaction I didn’t authorise?

1. Freeze your card in the Tabby app immediately.
2. Contact us right away, following the steps outlined in How can I raise a Tabby Card dispute?
3. Follow the dispute process with our support team.
Please note that disputes about unauthorised transactions must be submitted within 60 days of the transaction.
