How do billing cycles work?

Your billing cycle starts when you make your first purchase and includes all transactions made within the next 30 days. The date of your first purchase will consistently mark the start of your billing cycle.

At the end of the 30-day period, your cycle will close, and you’ll receive a monthly statement via email summarising all your due payments for that month.

Repayments are due within 10 days of the statement issue date, but you also have the flexibility to pay earlier if you prefer. If you’re unable to make a repayment on time, a collection charge will be applied.
