How can I raise a Tabby Card-related dispute?

To raise a Tabby Card dispute, contact us by any of the following:
  • By Tabby app, by selecting Contact us in the Profile tab
  • By phone on +971 4 610 5555 or 800-82229 (toll-free)
  • By email at [email protected]. In your email, please clearly state that you’d like to lodge a dispute.
We’ll review your case and try to resolve it directly. If we can’t, you can raise a dispute with the merchant. To do this, just fill out the Cardholder Dispute Form, sign it, attach any supporting documents (like receipts, order confirmations, or proof of communication), and send it back to us within 90 days of the transaction date.
You’ll need to submit this information by chat in the Tabby app within 60 days of the transaction date.
