You can make a claim via Tabby if:
- You’ve already contacted the seller
- Your order was made online using Pay in 4, 6, 8 or 12
You cannot make a claim via Tabby if:
- The order in question is overdue
- Your order was made in-store
- Your order is a Tabby+ order
- You’ve used Tabby Care inappropriately or in a fraudulent manner
