What should I do if my order wasn’t delivered?

If you haven’t received your order, follow the steps below to pause your payments until the issue is resolved.
  1. Track your delivery: Use the tracking number from the store to check your order’s expected delivery date
  2. Contact the store: If there’s no tracking information or your delivery is delayed, contact the store directly
  3. Let us know you haven’t received your order: To do this:
    1. Log in to your Tabby account
    2. Go to the Money tab and select the order you need help with
    3. Tap Details
    4. Under Need help?, select Report issue
    5. Select Order was not delivered and follow the on-screen instructions
