How do I report an issue with my order?

If you have already reached out to the store but have yet to receive any assistance, you can report an issue with your order. To do so:
1. In the Money tab, find the order you’d like to report.
2. Tap Details.
3. Under Need help?, select Report issue.
4. Follow the steps to describe the issue you’re facing. Attaching evidence such as receipts, screenshots or photos can help us resolve your issue sooner.
5. Submit your issue by selecting Report issue.
We’ll try our best to get back to you within a few days and aim to respond within 21 days.
