How do I report an issue with my order?

If you’ve already contacted the store but haven’t received help, you can report an issue with your order through Tabby.
  1. Go to the Money tab and find the order you want to report.
  2. Tap Details
  3. Under Need help?, select Report issue
  4. Follow the steps to describe the issue. Adding receipts, screenshots or photos can help us resolve it faster
  5. Select Report issue to submit your report
We'll review your issues within a few days and will respond within 21 days.
