To request a refund, contact the store you bought your items from. The store will confirm if a return is possible and let you know the refund amount based on their policy.
After the store processes your return, your refund will appear in your Tabby app.
If you haven’t paid for the order yet, we’ll deduct the amount of the returned items from your upcoming payments. If you’ve already paid, the amount will be refunded to the card you used.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5–7 days for the funds to appear on your card.
