Please contact the store you bought your items from to request a return or refund. They will let you know if a return is possible and will inform you of the refund amount, based on their own return policy.
After your store processes your return, your refund will display in your Tabby account.
If you haven't paid for the order yet, we will deduct the amount of the returned items from any upcoming payments you might have. If you have already paid for the returned items, your payment will be refunded to the card you had previously used.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5-7 days for the funds to appear on your card.
