How can I find the current status of my reported issue?
- Go to Profile, and tap Reported issues
2. Find the status of your reported issue
3. Select the relevant order
Orders can be:
- Approved (The store confirmed your request)
- Declined (The store declined your request)
- Pending (You have reported an issue and are waiting for the store to inform you if it’s been approved or declined)
- Cancelled (You marked your problem as resolved, so the store no longer has to review your request)
