How can I find the current status of my reported issue?
  1. Go to Profile, and tap Reported issues
2. Find the status of your reported issue
3. Select the relevant order
Orders can be:
  • Approved (The store confirmed your request)
  • Declined (The store declined your request)
  • Pending (You have reported an issue and are waiting for the store to inform you if it’s been approved or declined)
  • Cancelled (You marked your problem as resolved, so the store no longer has to review your request)
