Refunds follow the store’s return and cancellation policy. Once the store registers your return or cancellation, Tabby begins processing your refund. Here’s how it works:
- If the refund is less than your remaining balance: We’ll reduce your upcoming payments by the refund amount
- If the refund is more than your remaining balance: We’ll cancel your remaining payments and refund the difference
Refunds are sent to the same card used for the purchase. You’ll usually see the amount within 5–7 days, though this may take longer depending on your bank.
