Why was my Tabby purchase not approved?

We do not approve 100% of all orders as we are committed to supporting responsible shopping habits.
We understand that it can be frustrating to be declined for purchases after being approved in the past, but please note that we apply different factors to determine whether orders are approved and your spending limit may vary based on the store where you are shopping.
These are automated decisions that customer service team cannot change.
How can I increase my approval chances?
  • Repay any outstanding Tabby debts and complete any pending payments outside of Tabby
  • Always pay on time — you can view all your upcoming payments in the Money tab
  • Ensure you have only one Tabby account created.
  • Remove an item(s) from your shopping cart in case the amount exceeds your limit and try again.
  • A positive payment history can improve your approval chances, as can the amount of time you’ve been shopping with Tabby.
Your credit history is updated every time you use Tabby. If your purchases were previously declined, this doesn’t necessarily mean your future purchases will be. In this instance, we recommend you try again.
