We don’t approve all orders as we’re committed to supporting responsible shopping habits.
We understand it can be frustrating to be declined after being approved in the past. Please note that each order is reviewed individually and different factors affect approval. Your spending limit may also vary depending on the store where you’re shopping.
These decisions are automated and can’t be changed by our support team.
How to increase your approval chances?
- Use Tabby Cash regularly: Opening a Tabby Cash account and using it helps build your history with Tabby
- Repay outstanding debts: Pay any overdue Tabby payments and clear pending payments outside of Tabby
- Always pay on time: You can view all your upcoming payments in the Money tab
- Use only one Tabby account: Having multiple accounts can affect approvals
- Adjust your cart amount: Remove some items if the total exceeds your limit and try again
A positive payment history and the length of time you’ve been shopping with Tabby can both improve your approval chances.
Your credit history is updated every time you use Tabby. If a purchase was previously declined, it doesn’t mean future purchases will be. We recommend trying again.
