If you made a purchase and don’t see cashback in your account, it may be due to one of these reasons:
- You might have started your shopping journey outside of Tabby.
- Your order was made less than 72 hours ago. In this instance, we’ll send you an SMS to notify you about your cashback. Alternatively, navigate to the Money tab and select the Cashback widget in the Tabby app after 72 hours.
- You made purchases in ineligible store categories or products. To view a store’s eligible categories, check its store page on our website or app. You can also find information about a store’s cashback deals by tapping the Cashback badge on the website or the information icon in the app.
- You have ad blockers or unblockers applied to your browser, which were not completely disabled at the time of purchase
- You used a coupon or voucher code that conflicts with Tabby Cashback.
- You selected a third-party offer/advertisement link before or during your purchase process.
- You manually modified the website link used in the purchase process.
