The Merchant Dashboard is the central hub for managing your business with Tabby. It provides an overview of your Tabby orders, real-time analytics, transaction tracking, payouts, dispute management, and more.
The Orders page shows a summary of all your Tabby sales across all types of payment, stores, in any given time frame. From this section you can take any of the following actions:
- Create a new Tabby order by sending a payment link.
- Search & filter orders: Look up orders by searching the payment ID, order number, customer email or phone number, or filtering by store, date, type of payment, and order status.
- Refunds management: Process refunds directly from the order details.
- Export order information to a CSV file.
The Analytics page is an overview of your Tabby sales performance, measuring key metrics such as total orders, revenue, and average basket size per store. Click into one of the data sets to go into detailed view. Then you can filter for the store and period you would like to view.
View and manage claims raised by shoppers as part of the Tabby Care shopper protection program.
- Manage chargebacks & claims: Respond to disputes raised by shoppers through Tabby Care.
- Dispute notifications: Get alerts when a new dispute is raised.
- Search & filter disputes: Look up disputed orders by searching the payment ID, order number, customer email or phone number, or filtering by store, date, type of payment, and order status.
- Resolve issues efficiently: Approve refunds or challenge disputes with supporting documents.
View your Tabby payouts once you start making sales with Tabby. In this section you’ll get an overview of your completed and upcoming payouts, detailed reports with the total payout amount, sales and refunds and fees, as well as the option to download and export your reports from the dashboard for easy business tracking.

Tabby Capital is a flexible financing solution that provides merchants quick access to working capital. The Capital page gives you an overview to any pre-approved offers you may have, the opportunity to apply for higher amounts, and track your application and payout status all in one place.
In the Capital tab you’ll be able to:
- Access business financing: Check your eligibility for Tabby Capital or apply for a pre-approved offer when available.
- Track Capital repayments: View remaining balances and repayment schedules.
The Catalogue Listing section is how your business gets discovered on the Tabby app. It helps you showcase your stores and products to millions of active Tabby shoppers and drive traffic both online and in-store.
Through this section, you can:
- List your store on the Tabby app so shoppers can find and explore your business.
- Upload or sync your product catalogue to display items directly to Tabby users.
- Track engagement with insights like views, clicks, and top-performing products.
- Add your physical store locations so nearby shoppers can discover you and visit in person.
