Refunding shoppers through Tabby is quick and straightforward, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your customers. Whether using the Tabby Merchant Dashboard or the Tabby Business app, refunds can be processed in just a few steps.
1. In the Merchant Dashboard go to Orders.
2. Using the shopper’s order number or phone number, find the specific order you wish to refund.
3. In the order detail page, choose the specific items or the amount to be refunded.
4. If the refund details are correct, click Refund to complete the process.
5. The shopper receives a notification confirming the refund and the refund will be reflected in your next payout report.
