We process payouts according to the schedule you selected. However, there might be a delay in receiving your payout if one of the following applies:
- Outstanding balance: If you've issued any refunds recently, your account balance might be negative. Your payout will be delayed until the balance is settled.
- No orders processed: If you haven't captured any orders in the previous week, there won't be any earnings to pay out.
- Bank account update: If you've recently changed your bank details, there might be a delay in processing your first payout using the new information. Please ensure your bank details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid any delays.
- Hold for risk review: In some cases, your payout might be temporarily on hold due to an additional risk review. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will complete the review as quickly as possible and notify you when your payout is processed.
