Why are some of my products missing?

Sometimes products may not appear if the information we receive from your feed is incomplete or cannot be parsed correctly.
  • You can review the error report in your Catalogue Listing tab
  • The report highlights which products are affected and the specific issues (e.g., missing images, category path, pricing issues)
  • Once the issues are fixed, the products will appear automatically after the next feed refresh

Why are some of my products not published on Tabby?
Sometimes the number of products live on Tabby may be lower than the total items in your catalogue. This can happen if:
  • Details don’t match between your feed and website (e.g., pricing inconsistencies)
  • Required attributes are missing (like images, availability, or category path)
  • Out-of-stock items are not displayed in the Tabby app
  • Policy checks flags and declines certain items, see our product policy guidelines for more details.
To see exactly which products are affected and why, you can download the error report from your catalogue listing tab.
Once the issues are resolved, the products will be resubmitted for moderation and published automatically.
