What happens if I change the structure of my feed or migrate platforms?

If you change your feed setup the sync with Tabby may be affected. Here’s what to do based on your situation:
  • If you migrate from a custom feed to a plugin (Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid, OpenCart): You’ll need to follow the plugin onboarding flow. This will reconnect your store and ensure products continue syncing smoothly.
  • If you migrate from a plugin to a custom feed: You’ll need to set up a new XML feed and share it with us at [email protected] so we can switch your integration to the custom flow.
  • If you’re on a custom feed and change its structure (field names, attributes, or format): This can break the sync and stop updates from working. Please contact us at [email protected] in advance so we can adapt and prevent downtime.
