Adding your products to the Tabby app

Connecting your products allows your full catalogue to appear inside the Tabby app. Shoppers can browse, search, and discover your products directly on the app.
This feature is designed for stores who sell online and works seamlessly with your ecommerce platform.
How to connect your product feed
  1. Go to Marketing → Catalogue listing in your Merchant Dashboard
  2. Click Upload products
  3. Select your ecommerce platform and click Get started
    1. Follow the steps to connect your online store
    2. Our system will process your feed and validate data quality
    3. If any fixes are needed, you’ll receive feedback accordingly
  4. Once approved, your products will become visible and searchable on the Tabby app
What if I don’t sell online?
No problem. You can add your in-store locations to appear on Tabby’s in-app store map. That way when shoppers search “stores near me,” you’ll show up. Great for foot traffic and in-store sales.
