Adding your store locations to the Tabby app

Adding your store locations lets nearby shoppers find your physical branches directly on the Tabby app’s “Stores near you” map.
Why you should add your locations
  • Drive in-store traffic: Help nearby shoppers discover and visit your branches.
  • Boost visibility: Your store appears when users browse by area or store type.
  • Encourage repeat customers: Users can find and return easily through saved locations.
How to add your locations
  1. Go to Catalogue Listing → Add locations in your Merchant Dashboard. Or, you can also find Locations under General.
  2. Add each location’s name, address, or Google Maps link.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Our team will then review your submission within 2 business days.
  5. Once approved, your stores will appear to nearby shoppers searching by area or browsing categories.
Note: Your store listing must be published in order for your store locations to show in the Tabby app.
Tips for ensuring your store is discoverable
  • Always include the city and country when inputting the address manually
  • Use correct spelling (Arabic and English if possible)
  • If inside a mall, add the mall name
  • Double-check your pin/Plus Code in Google Maps before submitting
