Disputes statuses

A dispute can have any of the following statuses:

Status

Description

New

This dispute was raised by a customer and the merchant hasn’t performed any action yet

Refunded

The merchant has accepted the dispute and the amount has been refunded

In progress

The merchant has rejected the dispute—Tabby will take the next step to ask the customer for more information

Canceled

The customer has canceled their dispute

Declined

The merchant’s challenge to the dispute was accepted by Tabby
