Asnas is the result of true entrepreneurial spirit. Starting with two products originally, they now offer more than 800 products. Abdulrahman Basabeen, CEO of Asnas, explains that their growth is thanks to focus.
Asnas has made it a point to listen to its customers. Not only do they try to provide the best customer support when products are faulty. They also actively listen to their shoppers for input on what products to introduce next. At one point, shoppers started asking to split their payments.
When Asnas started offering Tabby, they also started pushing ‘Split in 4 with Tabby’ in all their outings. From paid media, to social media, newsletters and of course the website. When A/B testing their newsletters, they found a conversion uplift of 80% when using Tabby. For Asnas, the growth was actually a surprise.
Abdulrahman says that Tabby has been instrumental in the growth of Asnas. And would recommend it to all his friends.
This growth has enabled Asnas to expand their marketing budget and they are set for another year of continuous growth.
