Asnas has made it a point to listen to its customers. Not only do they try to provide the best customer support when products are faulty. They also actively listen to their shoppers for input on what products to introduce next. At one point, shoppers started asking to split their payments.

When Asnas started offering Tabby, they also started pushing ‘Split in 4 with Tabby’ in all their outings. From paid media, to social media, newsletters and of course the website. When A/B testing their newsletters, they found a conversion uplift of 80% when using Tabby. For Asnas, the growth was actually a surprise.

We read the +30% increase in sales, but we didn’t expect it would be true for us as well. But when we saw the 30% sales growth, we just said ‘wow’. We were shocked.
