Tabby Business Feedback Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tabby Business Feedback Survey Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”). By completing and submitting the survey, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Draw runs from 10:00 AM GMT on 21 August 2026 until 11:59 PM GMT on 28 August 2026 (the "Prize Draw Period").
You must have an active personal Tabby account at the time of entry to be eligible for a prize. One entry per person is permitted. A maximum of one prize may be awarded per partner business. Entries submitted using automated tools, scripts or bots are not permitted and may result in disqualification.

There are a total of five (5) prizes. Each winner will receive AED 500 as Tabby credit, applied directly to the winner's personal Tabby account.

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within ten (10) days of the Prize Draw Period closing. The random draw will use a verifiable method to ensure fairness. We may keep an auditable record of the draw for transparency.

We will notify winners by email, at the same address the survey was sent to.
If we cannot contact you, or you do not claim the prize, within thirty (30) days of our first notification, you will forfeit the prize and we may select an alternate winner using the same process.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions, or change, delay, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw, at any time and without liability, where required or permitted by applicable law. This includes:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, conflicts or technical disruptions, and
- Cases where the Prize Draw, any transaction, or these Terms and Conditions were affected by technical, system, or human error, or communicated incorrectly through any channel, in which case we may also correct or reverse the affected transaction or credit, and you will not be entitled to retain any benefit arising from the error.
If we make material changes or cancel the Prize Draw, we will communicate this by updating these Terms and Conditions and, where feasible, via in-app notice or email to affected entrants.
