1. We are offering the opportunity to eligible small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”) to earn Tabby Advertising Credits (“Tabby Ads Credits”) by spending a minimum amount on the Tabby Ads.
2. This offer is available only to eligible SMEs that are active Tabby partners and have not previously redeemed this promotional offer. The offer may be redeemed once per SME. Please note that this email has been sent exclusively to pre-selected merchants, and the offer is not available to merchants who did not receive this email.
3. To avail this offer, you are required to take the following steps:
(i) Log into the Merchant Dashboard and go to the Ads section
(ii) Click get started and follow the instructions to create your first campaign
4. Once the promotion is activated on your Merchant Dashboard, you must incur a minimum spend of AED 1,000 on Tabby Ads (excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes or fees) before the 31st of March 2026 (“Expiration Date”). Only advertisement cost incurred after the offer has been activated on your Merchant Dashboard and before the Expiration Date will be counted towards the minimum spend requirement.
5. Once the required minimum spend on advertisement has been successfully met, the Tabby Ads Credit worth AED 1,000 will be applied to your Merchant Dashboard within one (1) day.
6. Please note that the Tabby Ads Credits will expire on the 31st May 2026. We encourage you to use them before this date. You can view your available Tabby Ads Credits along with the related transactions in the Ads section of your Merchant Dashboard.
7. You may not use the Tabby Ads Credits for the payment of any taxes or applicable fees.
8. Such credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, withdrawn, bartered or redeemed for cash.
9. Such credits can only be used for future advertising costs up to the 31st May 2026. The credits cannot be applied to costs which accrued before the offer is active to your Merchant Dashboard.
10. Your Merchant Dashboard must remain in good standing, including being up to date with payments and in compliance with Tabby’s merchant and policies, to remain eligible to use the Tabby Ads Credits.
11. Tabby reserves the right to withdraw this promotional offer or revoke any unused Tabby Ads Credits if any amounts owed remain unpaid due to payment failures, if the offer was applied in error, if you breach these terms, if fraudulent activity is identified in connection with obtaining the credit, or if your Merchant Dashboard is no longer in good standing. Where the Tabby Ads Credits has already been applied, Tabby may cancel any unused portion of such credit.
12. Tabby reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer at any time prior to activation, subject to applicable law.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
14. By activating this offer on your Merchant Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
